The topic for this essay was equal employment opportunity. I researched the topic throughly and wrote my thoughts down. I found out that many people experience workplace discrimination, whether it's about race, sex, or others, and that the EEO laws were established for that reason. Although the EEO laws helped cut down employment discrimination, there are still a massive percentage of people who experience it to this day.
